The AiN Home Technologies Model Home and Selection Center Program provides aggressive discounts for qualifying model and show homes at up to 50% off the AiN Home Technologies already low pricing.
The AiN Home Technologies Authorized Dealer will provide and install a Legrand Standard Structured Wiring Package and a 50% discount on a Standard monitored Interlogix Security System in each Model Home and/or Selection Center.
Model Home discounts include products from Legrand, Interlogix, Nortek, Bose, Dirt Devil and Klipsch.

Builder Employee Discounts
Dealers will install Standards and Lifestyle Enhancement Options for builder employees at builder cost and monitor any employee’s home at a Family & Friends rate.
